Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. plants some crops under Jalan HBR Motik Flyover, Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kemayoran. This is done to beautify the area located near Wisma Atlet for Asian Games 2018.

"Green space will be made under flyover thus it becomes more beautiful ahead of Asian Games," stated Sabdo Kurniato, Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. Head, Tuesday (2/27).

According to him, various types of shady trees and ornamental crops are planted to make the areas becomes more greener. "We plant red hanjuang, green hanjuang, Brazil lily, philo dendro, bougenville, daffodil, tubers, cactus and gambir jasmine," he mentioned

Besides ornamental plants, dozens of tree along two kilometers road are also pruned thus traffic sign can be seen clearly.

"We prune more than 30 trees. Two groups with 30 personnel in each group are deployed to prune it," he added.
